Wrapping a broken electrical cord with duct tape should never be done. After finding this on a Fitchburg worksite we told them duct tape is not meant for wiring nor does it meet OSHA or NFPA 70E requirements. TC Risk Management Services created a plan to remove their electrical hazards and create a safe working environment.
