This company hired TC Risk Management Services when they were recently visited by OSHA. They heard about our fall protection training, Wisconsin based company and our success in assisting with OSHA compliance from a neighboring business. Our hazard assessment specialists arrived on-site to assess the facility. This image shows one of the many issues we came across which demonstrates their dire need of fall protection training. The company’s utility shaft had hazardous fall areas which could potentially cause severe injuries for employees. The utility shaft was blocked only with a rope which was barely visible and poorly installed. We developed a proper fall protection safety plan to help the company become OHSA compliant.
